Personal Experience with Old Navy.com: I have bought from both the Old Navy web site as well as their brick and mortar store. Both have the same ebb and flow to them if that makes sense. I guess what I am trying to say is they have the same color decor, banners, and logos. This is good as it makes you feel like the web site is just an extension of their stores. Where some web sites do not have the same feel as their brick and mortar stores and this makes the shopping experience weird for me for some reason. But the bottom line is the Old Navy web site shipped fast, made returns simple, and had great customer service both online and on the telephone.
