1. Aisles so cavernous, I need to leave a trail of bread crumbs so I can find my way out of the store.
2. I can easily wander around looking for help for 15 minutes without seeing an orange apron.
3. Once I do find help, the only thing the guy can show me is how he can tie his apron without looking.
4. Once I find what I am looking for, the spot on the shelf is completely empty. (It is amazing how often this happens to me!)
5. Or inevitably the aisle I need to go down is blocked off and 2 guys in orange aprons are getting down a pallet of ceramic tile from the rafters. Can’t we do this after the store closes!

OK, now I feel better. This is why I will stick to the local Ma and Pa hardware stores where good customer service is still a reality. Or I will just use a Home Depot.com coupon and shop from home. Here are some coupons that could help.
